My main music project. I compose, record and produce all the music for Spacebarman. I have released an album and several EPs. It has recently become a live band with a little help of my colleagues Mauricio Belalcázar (drums) and Daniel Rosero (bass).
(2010) A collection of short songs, b-sides and rejected soundtrack pieces.
(2017) A short zombie film directed by Alex Quezada. In the director's words, 'a reflection about unpunished events of recent Colombian history'.
(2014) An Augmented-Reality art installation in which users interact with artworks with their smartphone or tablets and headphones. I created the soundtrack, sound design and programmed the audio interaction using Puredata. Finalist in the Siggraph 2014 AR contest
(2013) I designed the sound and co-composed the music (along with Daniela Torres) for this short film for children
(2010) A surreal short film directed by Alex Quezada. I created the sound effects and composed the soundtrack
(2000-2010) A pioneer electronic rock band from Cali, Colombia. I co-composed and produced most of the music between 2000 and 2010. The linked Bandcamp site includes a selection of works.
(2008) A fantasy film by Colombian director Oscar Campo. I composed most of the original soundtrack (while working with La Fábrica).
(2007) A short film directed by Juan Manuel Acuña. I designed the sound effects for the short. Original score composed by Alejandro Ramírez Rojas
